Love Dr H he explained the science well. I dropped my Vit D3 supplement for about 3 weeks & got a viral infection from a patient. Ist time I've had a flu in decades so yes Vit D3 with K2 is a must.

Iā€™m still recovering from this flu strain going around. The deep cough & lack of energy is unreal. Everyone please take good care of yourselves.

Didnā€™t know that, especially before the symptoms. I had the flu during the holidays with totally different symptoms, no voice and pink eye with the mucus like substance closing off my eyes when I woke up. It was horrible. But ok now thankfully

Love the podcast: Why do I have to blow my nose every morning I wake up? Is it a habit or am I blowing out bacteria build up from the night or is it because I have incredibly large nostrils lol. But I do. Canā€™t wait for a response. Love the show and thank you so much for the informative content. DAN.

As someone with an autoimmune disease, I continue to wear a mask on the transit, and the way people are coughing and spluttering all over the place like we never had a pandemic (!!) is shocking to me.

I work in a hospital, I wear a mask at all times. I'm everywhere in the hospital, I go through the ER and it gets crazy. I change my mask, wash my hands more than normal especially since there's a respiratory virus situation going around. I carry everything to keep me well in my pocket. Some people come to me asking do you have Tylenol? I give 2 tabs. Then, I notice more and more people are asking. I had to say , no. The things I have, I didn't get for free, things are expensive. There's a CVS, Walgreens a pharmacy everywhere. I'm not a pharmacy šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
