What other concepts would you guys like me to cover in a brief short like this?

The greatest difficulty for me doing multi-day fasts is if I don't have something to do to keep me busy, I get bored and my mind wanders to food.

"You're probably thinking man this guy must be hungry" No, I think this guy must feel horrible

Funny enough I actually started fasting 3 days ago, it's not the hunger that gets you, it's the cravings, I need FLAVOR

I'm pretty sure everyone who's been too broke to eat knows this. What really gets you is the exhaustion when you have to do something as simple as climbing a staircase.

Intermittent fasting taught me that all the times I wanted to eat weren’t due to hunger. It was emotional eating.

"If you're patient, it will go away" Or, in my experience, if you're too lazy to make food

I don't have normal eating times, I just eat a couple times a day whenever. Maybe that explains why I'm never really hungry.

After learning more about fasting and how it makes sense that -we-, to live and function like our bodies have evolved to, I have entirely skipped out on eating breakfast. 🙏 Two meals a day between 11-6 works absolutely swell for me.

As a person that has suffered with an ED (anorexia) since I was 14. I can confirm that the longer you go without food the less hungry you become. I am on my road to recovering though. But still I know this is true from experience.

As someone who's worked several 12 hour shifts in a grocery store with little breaks, I can confirm this.

As a Muslim, my experience fasting from sunrise to sunset is that you'll get hungry in the morning but later in the afternoon you'll get thirstier. *And also you'll get hungry when it's almost dinner time. Patience is what you'll gain when you're fasting:D

I discovered this when i was going through a severe eating disorder👍 What i did was i would nap every time my scheduled hunger would come, it worked in getting me to be underweight (which was unfortunately my goal at the time) but my body almost started consuming itself so, yeah. Would not recommend if you're in a weak state of mind😁

Fun fact. Eating speed is important in determining how hungry you feel after eating. If you eat slowly you feel full a lot faster. If you eat faster you can eat more. As someone recovering from an disorder this stuff saved my life, literally ^^

This is quite true, based on experience... I could so far go for 72+ hours... The boredom is pretty much the main reason I couldn't go on.

But remember everyone, live in a way that is sustainable and comfortable for you to be consistent with in the long term whilst keeping yourself and the planet healthy.

Unfortunately, this has never been my experience. After watching your first video on extended fasting few years ago, I bought The Fasting Cure, and went for it. I just got weaker and weaker and hungrier and hungrier until I gave up after 3 days. A few months later, troubled by the idea that the breakthrough was just around the corner, I tried again and made it 4 days with the same experience. I then tried again after that, determined to stick it out until I reached that level described in the book of no hunger, feeling great, with renewed clarity of thought. By the end of day 6 I was so weak that I was dizzy whenever I stood and had to remain on the couch. I reluctantly had to concede that for whatever reason, my body does not respond to these extended fasts.

The more you go without food, the less hunger you feel. If I've skipped breakfast I won't feel any hungry at all for the whole day. But if I have breakfast I'll feel hungry for the other meals too.
