When heading for vacation on Mallorca the cab driver told me a super fun fact.
We passed some flamingos on the way to the hotel and the driver asked me
“Do you know why flamingos are pink”?
I had no clue. But the answer was a big surprise.
They are naturally white but turn pink when eating shrimps.
I found it fascinating. And didn’t know if he was making it up.
When getting to the hotel I googled. And it was true.
This fact started my love for the color pink.
And I kept thinking about the story for years.
A dream slowly started to take shape in my head.
Wouldn’t it be cool to have a pink piano!
I kept on dreaming about the pink piano for years. And last year I did it.
I got one.
Now what’s missing is a song to go along with it.
I wanted to create a happy uptempo summer song. And wrote it.
Now! What to call the song?
Why not simply call it “pink piano”?
And here it is. The pink piano track played on a pink piano!
