It's good that they are making the school take responsibility for what happened when somebody is trying to reach out to you and trying to ask for help you shouldn't send them and ignore them you should say okay what is your issue and talk about it and say do you recommend anything because I have experienced mental health help it's a game changer and a lifesaver that's why I'm not in prison or on drugs or hardcore Criminal or somebody who's recovering from certain things

In Michigan you must get a purchase permit to buy a pistol. A pistol is not a shared piece of property like a car. It’s federally registered to one individual. That person is responsible for every single bullet that comes out of that barrel. Gun owners who have a CPL know you don’t let anyone borrow or use their firearm. This mans ignorance of the law got him in big trouble .

This woman is narrating this spewing this heat. The kid is the one that the killings he should get a life it’s not the death penalty. The parents already has her life ruined because of her son and you people just wanna keep on more injustice. For the parents sakes I hope they can start a life will need to get out. Vindictive hateful rhetoric at speech.

I'm sorry, they committed no crime. Do we put the owner or salesman of a car dealership in jail for selling a car to a guy who killed a family while DUI while going home from a party? do we make the people who sold him fuel responsible for enabling that guy to drive that car around? Does the State get held accountable for issuing this guy a license knowing full well he could potentially drink and drive and hurt someone? uh, NO....?

There is a very narrow set of facts that allowed this to go to trial, I think unless their is documented proven negligence it’s not so simple as “now there is precedent”
