If you need to hang on to the "freedom" to drive faster, does that mean I too have the freedom to drive slower? For example, I prefer to drive no faster than 50 on A/B roads, and it's so boring to hear driving instructors say "shouldn't drive slower than you need to, to drive safe". Is it "shouldn't" or "mustn't"?
