Thank you Dr Drey. I have been watching you for several years. I spent the late 70s in the pool, a competitor swimmer every summer from the age of 5 to 15. No sunscreen. I lived in the pool. In the summer. Loved it so much. Now I cover up, wear hats, hats with face covers and neck covers. I have 15 sunscreens in my cabinet. I know that it is likely I will get skin cancer. I am still trying to do better. Thank you for your message and how you are trying to help people. Skin cancer is no joke.

Going to the beach this week and I will be applying spf 70 constantly(reapplying) and wearing upf clothing and a super wide brim hat that has upf. Wooo Thanks Dr. Dray for keeping me encouraged to protect my skin!

Coconut oil might actually help burn your skin. I wear long sleeves all the time but have something on my arm I don't know about. Also my ear. I'm in the sun alot. Don't be out in the sun without sunscreen people.

That's like using baby oil back in the 80s and tinfoil to get tan at the pool or the ⛱️ beach!! I used to do that and all my friends did too!! Im a skin care specialist now and it look a lot of facials and good skin care to undo the damage!! Coconut oil is pore clogging as well, unless it's a good source!!!

Coconut oilnis beautiful for my skin,same as olive oil and shea butter its been paased down from generations however theres a place for sunscreen use what works for you.

Coconut oil is going to BAKE you. Coconut oil is oil, and oil is used in cooking to concentrate heat. Using coconut oil as SPF is going to magnify the rays while cooking you like a roast chicken at the same time 😭
