If you spend a lot of time working at a computer/desk and experience neck and upper shoulder tension and pain, you MUST try this exercise! This is a simple, effective way to "un-round" your shoulders, correct your neck curve, alleviate tension, correct posture, and eliminate pain (yep - it does ALL of those things)! I recommend you perform these extensions 2-3 sets every hour for maximum benefit - hope they help you!
