Madam, before 8 month i met a physythrpist for my back pain and pop sound on sacrom... and i did some stretching exercises.. after i felt numbness in my legs.. a doctor said i have herniated disc..i did MRI SCAN..but there wasn't herniated disc or some problems..it was a good report..
Now i am thinking i felt The numbness came because I was stretched.. (because my ligaments were already tight)
Madam my problem is can tight or dry sacom ligaments(Anterior sacroiliac,Interosseous sa,Posterior sacroiliac,Sacrotuberous,Sacrospinous) can compress the nerves ?
Please help me plz
