The myth about chemical sunscreen making your face hotter has also been debunked. jc.dombrowski recently did a video about this.

The heat thing is a common misconception. It is theoretically true but it is in such a microscopic scale that you just cant notice it. Its like when you slap watter the kenetic energy technically heats it up but i can be slapping it all night long and it wont feel any warmer. I think chemical sunscreens especially light weight water based ones are much better for acnee prone skin. They are so much lighter and dont feel like anything even after an entire day of reapplying.

Mineral sunscreens actually are more suitable for sensitive skin and also babies and children, but other than that, they work the same way! Unless you are allergic to something, no need to go out of your way to avoid it!

Most mineral sunscreens give me a white cast since i have darker skin and think the one u recommended will do the same :( thx for the hack❤❤

Don’t rub the product into your hands. You’ve wasted 20% instantly. Put the product in dots all over the face. Then connect the dots. Wait 30seconds to let product air dry on your face - then pat in the product

PLS WATCH MY VIDEO AFTER THATS REGARDING THE WHITE CAST IN THIS VIDEO because alot of ppl in other platforms were not happy about it, i clarify and redemonstrate. thank you so much for watching!! please disregard the slight whitecast in the end of this current video (i applied more sunscreen on top of the first layer just for the video but you dont get a white cast if you apply the normal amount😭) this is my current favorite sunscreen - the aestura derma sunscreen!! can be a bit pricey tho so make sure to get it on oliveyoung or yesstyle if there's a sale and you can use my code "LILYIS10" on both sites
