The logue spelling gets me every time, because I try to spell it the UK spelling, but since I live in America, my autocorrect is like "what are you doing? It's spelled log."

I've never seen the spellings analog and dialog, and I live in ohio (likely changes from place to place, as the u.s. is huge). Always been analogue and dialogue. Kind of easy to put the uk into a one size fits all, as it is 1/40th the size of the u.s. Also, the ize spelling is American and British. Ize is the recommended way to spell them all in the Oxford dictionary. In fact, the ize spellings have been around since the 15th century, long before the united states existed, long before the first colonies were even settled in the new world. Ize also predates the ise spellings

Very simple, if it's written logical (Color, Honor, Meter etc... ) it's American, if it's written like French (Colour, Honour, Metre) it's British
