Im in my 60s. I am working on fitting in his blueprint into 50% of my life then see how I do physically, socially etc. And incorporate more of his ideas. His work is so exciting.
I wish she had a very interested woman in his age group to do this for longer than 30 days so that the effects on women through the hormonal, life changes, including perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause, might change parts of that blueprint for us

Yes you will have to supplement hormones like him at some point if you are calorie restriction even worse no meat for women is probably even worse than for men so thatās gonna be a ride. I believe he only does that for ethical reasons as itās not nearly as healthy and thats why you have to take so many vitamins :(

Im a believer! However, All this can be done with the testosterone patch alone. Acquiring a patches is the hardest and most expensive part. The patch may trumpās sleep.
