In my experience with a bulged disc as soon as youāre able to do this exercise itās a good sign of getting better. Could you do a video with exercises for the first stage of a bulge disc? most videos I see show exercises that in no way are possible if you got a fresh injury. I will be very interested to see some exercises that you can do when you can barely move out of bed or even in bed. I discovered that when searching for adding a tiny bit a little bit of motion in the hips (even if itās 1 milimeter gain) and trying to extend the legs for millimeters gradually helps.. stuff like this

This helps some people but not everyone....I was following this method of physiotherapy called the McKenzie Method....it involved hyper extension exercises....i have a herniated disk in lower back area....this exercise caused me worse pain than chikdbirth. Had to stop so just be careful if it works great but not great if it doesnt work.
