I take l-theanine and magnesium glycinate (form of magnesium with glycine molecule). I will sing of their merits until the day i die. I went from having the worst sleep of my life to the best in 3 nights. My work was very stressful, i would go to sleep late, wake up super groggy with mental fog. After doing this for 30 days, I have had a lot of benefits.
-Sleep longer
-Sleep quality is much higher
-I sleep far faster (5-10min and am out)
And easily the biggest unforeseen benefit that has set me up for life? ALL my brain fog, legit all of it is out. I have had 0 brain fog since I started this routine. I have changed nothing else in my day to day but this.
