Very very true! I had lucid dream five times or more and each time I knew I was in a dream. But then when I shifted recently, I got so shocked because I immediately knew I am in another reality because I FELT it. I was in my room and a few things were different, not even for one second did I doubt it was a lucid dream because of how instantaneous I knew I shifted.

I havent fully shifted yet, but I have lucid dreamt a few times recently and I can confirm it 100% feels like you don’t belong there, i remember in one of my lucid dreams last month I was having a really good time but I always remembered in the back of the head like “i need to go soon” or “i need to wake up”

ive had some lucid dreams since trying to shift that are so real that i can feel the weight of my body in my feet on the ground, i can feel wind on my face and the sensation of water going down my esophagus. it felt so real i thought i shifted into a diff reality on accident. but its getting easier to realize that im dreaming even though it feels physically SO real.
