Looks Yummy! My problem is that I don't fry foods that often so I would be left with ALL that used oil and you can only STORE IT FOR SO LONG Before it goes bad. The second option would be to do ALL of the fried recipes I would like to try ALL AT ONCE and that wouldn't be Healthy for anyone! French fries, curly fries, tempura, corn dogs, funnel cakes, doughnuts, zucchini, churros, snicker bars, Monte Crisco Sandwich, potato croquettes, chicken fried steak, etc.

I just figured out the tool to make that hole in the potato. Looks like a potato peeler. Glad I have one. Much easier to use than a knife. At first I thought it was a knife, but coming out the other end I could tell it is a potato peeler. Thatβs a pretty cool recipe and way to do it.
