This happened to me when I took this exam. I just said that: "I would really want to answer the question but I dont have enough information to give a proper answer for it. Even if we were talking in my native language, I could not give a correct answer for it."
I thought that I fucked it up at that moment but it turned out well enough. You dont have to know everything, being able to express that you dont know it is the essential part of it.

Actually the telephone was invented by the Italian Antonio Meucci in 1971 (5 years before Bell) and penicillin was invented by another Italian Vincenzo Tiberio in 1895 (33 years before Flemming). I am Italian like them and I would like you to know the importance of these Italian characters.
