Hypertension is also a major cause of Kidney Disease. Exercise will help drop both blood pressure and blood sugar. Diabetes is another cause of Kidney Disease so exercise is an important factor in the health of your kidneys.

Magnesium also helped me. I decided to buy a blood pressure monitor for the hell of it and all of my readings were either elevated or stage 1. Started taking a multivitamin(after not taking one for a year) and a magnesium supplement and all of my readings are normal now. Also made my skipped beats go away

But that doesn’t mean it’s causing it, but its better than taking a pill! Its not normal to have to do this to keep from having high blood pressure so the cause is still out there and possible so be aware of other systems and just don’t treat the symptoms.

And wallsits for 1-2 minutes with 4 reps ~4x week was almost just as good as vigorous aerobic exercise. Both are great of course.

The 6 weeks of exercise, " like had " almost drug sized effects...etc). Really? " ..like had "? What? What kind of professional in the science field or ANY field actually...says such a thing? So the exercise, " like had " effects.. So does that mean it HAD effects? Or it had a little effect? Or it " kind of " had effects...SOMETIMES? Come on. 🧐🤔
