You are fortunate to have good genetics. I have had spinal issues since I was 11. When 15 played high school ball and was one of the top 5 players. Told after 2.nd hospitalization when 17 I could never have kids , never work a d would be paralyzed when in my 30s. I.had 2 llads. I worked til near 50. I am 69 now. Walking is difficult but I am still fighting. Even when playing ball.before my surgery at 15 , I was in pain. I do not have a clue a s to what a comfortable body is.
I lovee physiclal activity. Obviously limited and take time but sure get excited when I can clean part of my home..
So, co sider yoooir blessing of health. Be grateful and do no harm
