So true, agree 100% Dr Weil with you. I am a full time carer of my aging mother who is bed bound. She was very frieghtened, insecure and anxious afte being discharged from hospital. I reassured her and made her speak to our family and friends by making video calls and massaged her hands and forehead and gave lots of reassurance that she is not a burden and its ok for me to take care of her and she bounced back quickly.
