Absolutely love your channel. This is the type of meal I have after 16 hours fasting... Super useful info. Thank you.

I was surprised by the calorie count and absolutely shocked by the minimal rise in BG. Thanks for the education.

I just want thank you as a nurse and as a woman who has gestational diabetes (I'm almost there!). They don't teach this in basic nursing school. I doubt they even teach this in medical school. As a diabetic, having the visual about how food combinations impact on glucose spikes is so important. This actually relief some of my anxiety about how to eat during my pregnancy so i can eat enough food and not having to resort to getting insulin. It was a hard journey, but your videos helped a lot. My doctors are amazed at my glucose control the whole time. Thank you.

This is spectacular content. Who knew all that food would only raise your glucose by 15mg/dl. Keep it coming!

This sounds similar to what we eat for breakfast. We switched to sprouted grain bread, XL or Jumbo eggs with cheese, some veg -spinach, zucchini etc. I never get blood sugar spikes and we are all satisfied for at least 4 hours

Thanks for doing these exercises in consumption and sharing the blood 🩸 sugar information. I don’t wear a monitor and have to poke my fingers to determine my blood sugar. I’ve been surprised at some result

You are inspiring to keep doing what i'm doing. High fat, medium carbs to low. And every so often YOLO meals. But keep the seed oils away. They mess me up and blow my fat stores up fast. Cheers. Exercising raises blood sugar. Try it out.

This is the exact breakfast I often have after 16 hours of intermittent fasting. I always wondered if it was a problem and you've answered that question. Thank you very much!

I love Ezekiel bread. It doesn’t raise blood sugar, very healthy bread but it’s expensive. Has to be frozen, no chemicals in it! 👍 Good breakfas
