What if it’s the sciatic/tibial nerve that prevents further flexibility? I gave the knees over toes program a good shot, but gave up due to lack of improvement in any movement that attempted to increase flexibility in my hamstrings. The sciatic/tibial nerve was the limit to increased range of motion rather than muscles, ligaments, and tendons.

My guy, I am a daily stretching kinda person, I have so much trouble stretching hip flexors as well as the outside of both legs from hip to ankle, make a video for those?
