This stretch messed me up and I can't walk without pain now but I stretched to much and felt crunching. I don't know what to do now, tried many exercises.

What if it’s the sciatic/tibial nerve that prevents further flexibility? I gave the knees over toes program a good shot, but gave up due to lack of improvement in any movement that attempted to increase flexibility in my hamstrings. The sciatic/tibial nerve was the limit to increased range of motion rather than muscles, ligaments, and tendons.
