Stress is inevitable. Maintaining a clarity of thought is needed in order to make good decisions, perform well on exams, and say the right things.

Cyclic hyperventilation allows you to train up or enhance your stress threshold to increase your mental toughness.

How to do this?

Youโ€™re going to inhale and exhale 25 times. This increases the amount of adrenaline in your brain and body.

Download the @virtusan_app and learn more about the super protocols to excel at work or school with Dr. Andrew Huberman (@hubermanlab).

It is called 'Kapalbhati' in yoga practice. But it is good to get clarification from Dr. Huberman.

I feel like this got cut off before he could talk about the retention period in Wim Hof. Wim Hoff method is so awesome! This seems like pretty much the same thing, so Iโ€™m really excited that it helps with training to better cope with, and remain clear during stressful periods.
