Creatine adds more mass and energy to my workouts but also gives me a bloated look and boosts my aleady high DHT causing more hairloss and prostate inflammation. Just eat more eggs yall.

My doctor told me that he would have to take a liver biopsy if I didn’t cut out the creatine. 5mgs 3 times a week was all I was taking. Otherwise very healthy.
