Biden's Worst: Ukraine though this was a failure of the past American leaderships as well. Basically, they have decades to include Ukraine into NATO or meet Russia's security concerns, either of the two but instead of drawing a clear line on the issue, the US decided to be in the middle, appeasing both sides (they even rejected Ukraine's NATO application back in 2008). All of these was worsened by Biden who had unintentionally escalated the prewar situation with his rhetoric such as his "minor incursions" comment, basically giving a greenlight for Putin to invade and when he did, that's the only time that Western allies had a clear stance on Ukraine's NATO membership but it's already too late as the nation is already destroyed, it's economy and infrastructure in ruins, and its next generation not having a bright future. Obama's Worst: Destabilising Libya, the subsequent European refugee crisis, and probably worsening the racial problems of the country. Bush's Worst: Yep, obviously Iraq. Clinton's Best: Cooperating with congressional Republicans that's why he had budget surpluses during the later years of his presidency (though it was Speaker Gingrich's idea all along). Clinton's Worst: Repealing the Glass-Steagall Act which is basically a catalyst for the 2007-2009 Global Financial Crisis, who would have thought that deregulation of the banking sector would be a good idea. The rest, I agree.
