Rank the standing overhead press please. Lot of people don’t do that, preferring the sitting dumbbell version, but standing with the barbell and pushing it over your head is ooga booga strength (which is fun) and it engage muscles in a unique way. Underrated exercice

Me personally, I would pick squats any day over Bench Press. It just feels like a much more satisfying lift to perform, IMHO. And this is coming from a dude with long femurs/proportions 🤘
