I discovered a trick: If you’re a guy waiting for your wife to finish getting ready and she’s messing around with outfits and accessories, etc . . . Turn on the XBox (or Playstation, whatever). It’s amazing how quickly that snaps whatever spell the wife is under and she’s ready in a flash. WARNING: This will backfire badly if you are not 100% ready to go. Also having done one household chore before activation adds to success rate.

This is soo true! My boyfriend would come in and ask what # of outfits was that I had on? If it was only the 2nd, he’d grab my guitar and entertain himself until I said I was ready! He knew if I wasn’t ‘feeling it’ we would have less of an evening! It was so true!
