Any Speech Therapist knows, what the public does not, is that anyone who suffers from "stuttering" can over prepare to the point they exhibit what we saw displayed during the CNN Presidential debate by President Biden who became focused on the very thing he had practiced to avoid.
President Biden lost his eldest Son, Beau, and like the loss of a child, stuttering is something you can never put to rest; you just have to deal with it for the rest of your life.
