Ive been working out for around 10 years and i have to say you nail it. Im at this point where im too lethargic to give 100% of my efforts But feeling the muscles and rotating what you called the “4 pillars” still give me better gains then guys who give 110% but don’t have the exp.

What isn't mentioned is over training! Most youngsters are anxious to add size and unfortunately don't let the muscle group rest for the appropriate time. 💪mrwtby

I am a pre-diabetic 69 year old woman I used to weight train when I was younger. I am going back with much lighter weights as I heard that building muscle in addition to walking and cutting down on junk food will help me get my blood sugars under control. Thank you!
