I have been using this every single day at least twice a day for about two or three months now, and the most that I have is sometimes a little run of the nose, but nothing at all serious ill. I am very very grateful. Also best is it does not have to replace any other form of present medicinal practice, but rather an addition to. At first I thought it was too easy to work, but then I thought, well there is one way to find out. And so I did, and I hope everyone who comes by here will at least give it a serious try. its been a fascinating journey through kung fu these last 20 years. from times of heavy practice, to losing my center, then coming back to my practices again, I have found that the more i work these pressure points, the more responsive the body becomes, and in time the more the body really craves these movements.
