Yeesss, Dr. Rhonda, and it has those antibiotic compounds, too. Manuka Honey 🍯 cleared up my stomach when taking it within a partial fast.

Yeah, no... still knocks my glucose into the 200s like any other sugar. Get a CGM folks. This may be true for some people, but not for all. Side note: Honey has a lower ratio of fructose to most other sugars

It’s important that’s it’s Raw unfiltered honey and it’s glyphosate free.

How can you say this Rhonda, this seems like a recommendation for newbies. Honey is bad! Even runners develop a fat in their livers after consuming small amounts of honey daily.

This is an interesting topic. I currently avoid honey because it is so glycemic. But if there are studies about it, I'd be interested in a deep dive on the topic.

Ive noticed during long runs, sugar makes me lethargic and not perform optimally while taking honey keeps giving constant energy, it may have something to do with its construction on a molecular level.

I manage a bee population, small not big,the complexity the way how bees work, the balance they maintain all these factors add to the fact that their product is of the highest quality. Also to all the honey consumers out there. Prefer a local bee keeper for honey if you have the opportunity to do so.
