Milk of magnesia as a primer has been wildly effective in preventing my oily skin issues under make up! The oil just, doesn’t happen really. Like I don’t get greasy or slick. My forehead doesn’t look shiny. And my make up stays way longer. Magic!!!

Its not just oily skin people! I have extremely dry skin but my under eyes tend to crease after a while and blusher tends to fade because I put on SPF over it. Also i have to curl my eyelashes twice a day because they are so straight and nothing will hold them up. It‘s always good to have a few essentials with you, after a while you know exactly what and there comes some enjoyment with putting yourself together for a second time that day. ❤

I have eczema on my face and oily skin, so I don't use powders. But I touch up all the time. Eczema runa in the family, it seems. I'm constantly making sure I don't look like a mirror or a desert. Thanks for this video. You look fabulous, by the way. I also wanted to mention that I have your brushes and they are so lush. I just love them. Thank you so much for such fine, wonderful brushes.

And skin changes due different environment. In office everything fails (skin oily, deodorant fails, hail becomes a mess), I need do redo almost everything. At home or travelling all those things stay in place.

Anyone who is oily - the maybelline pink fixing spray! Get it, spray it first and between layers! I need it in the summer - it works wonders
But I still have issues when touching up when I mess up the makeup.. trying find a balance between powders, creams and liquids.. I have had better luck recently, I went back to using an actual blotting powder and it's been better
I have areas of my skin, esp the parts with somewhat severe acne scarring, some parts doesn't want to stick then rubs off easily.. and my nose. Ohh why. Why is the nose such a bish.

For short days out I use Neutrogena tissues to soak up oil. I’m retired so I only go out a couple days a week.

It’s the 36 hour foundation that does it for me. For a start, who wants their foundation to last 36 hours?!! It doesn’t matter if you need to touch up, one of life’s little pleasures 😅❤x

Thank you Wayne, yes we meet those clients who keep saying I sweat a lot or very oily, we do what we can but still oil and sweat is coming from the body and skin and can’t be 💯 controlled ❤
