Your content is one of the reasons i started training. Just my opinion from watching and researching. I believe that it is not about hamstring tightness, but about tightnes and/or weakness of musles that allow rotation in the hip. It seems like there is certen movement that needs to happen ih hip (nutation), but because we can not acces it we go into orientation of pelvis thus the but wink. This is knowledge mostly from. But wink is caused by tight adductors not tight hamstrings. This is due to the hamstrings being Biarticular. when squatting the hamstring lengths at the hip whilst shortening at the knee. The adductors and ankles will always be the limiting factor for a deep squat.

Im really genetically screwed in this area. I’ve spent the last few years really focusing on ankle mobility, but my ligaments won’t let me. Even loading up the leg press and letting it stretch my calves in between calf raises hasn’t helped. 😢

Well if your body winks then your overtraining in the gym dude. Calf raises though you can even do it in bed bro Look look sports your body bends tense up hand or foot either way it leads to ko. Agility.
