How can we ever stop to thank you. I am in 20s going into 30s and always wonder how my life would be with all these stresses around. Now we know we may not change the surroundings but can change ourselves for the betterment. Thank you again.

Bryan, I think the grinding in your 20s and 30s gave you the freedom you have today.

Thank you for helping to wake humanity! It is astonishing how many people do not question the norm. We actually have an extremely destructive norm. I would call it 'glorifying toxic masculinity' which has idolized risky self destructiveness as brave and strong. It is not. It is sadistic and masochistic. Again, well done Bryan on championing the cause of balance and health. Please mention names of the researchers and your team to acknowledge their contributions too so that we all may continue to learn from all of them

Friends, I just had the chance to hear Brian talk in person. He is saying skipping sleep, bad diet and not exercising is the part of grind culture he rejects. Obviously not working hard to reach goals. You can't hustle when you're sick and dead. Don't Die.

You forget that someome built that house, someone keeps the peace, someone extinguishes fires and keeps society running so you don't have to grind Not to mention these people also have families to support and kids to raise

I recently saw the big bang theory episode where Sheldon was cosplaying as Mr Data from Star Trek..... Boy did I spit out my smoothie - the guy looked almost exactly like Bryan, it was hilarious because Bryan is, to top it off, indeed Mr Data!

Bryan, I see your eyes are bloodshot, just a tip.. this usually indicates that you’re sensitive or allergic to something you’re ingesting. Clear eyes are a sign of good health and if bloodshot it’s a good way to ‘see’ (🙂) when something’s off. Bloodshot eyes means inflammation and represent deeper inflammation in the body. Your formula may need some tweaking. You usually become more sensitive the healthier you are. Keep up the good work

When you make the money, get older, and realize health is the ultimate form of wealth.

I agree. I'm 21 and though I'm broke I'm happy I'm healthy and taking care of my body. Keeping a caloric deficient, exercise, vitamins and protein

I think he looks pretty good even on his before pics. I used to work in a factory where they manufactured his current car. Most of the 40-50 year olds were bald and or grey, overweight, worked sleep destroying shifts, had giant circles under their eyes and lived on a diet of cigarettes, disgusting wending machine coffee and fast food. The poorer guys actually ate healthier foods (mostly home cooked) the “rich” ones ordered from various fast food chains.
