I really think they should make people do the test again after a number of years driving! A lot of changes have happened in that time and that would help the safety on the roads!

this is one of the most common “serious fails” u see everyday, i live in the countryside and because some roads are very quiet u see people do this every time cus if u cut a corner like this u can maintain speed, if u turn properly and safely u have to brake more

Might be my biggest pet peeve about driving because there is no excuse for it just being lazy. Also when someone does this infront of you and you beep them they look at you like they have done nothing wrong

Yup, everyone does this. They have no idea how to bank the car before a turn, they just think ‘I’m going right next’ … ‘okay let’s turn right now’

Had this happen to me on my Driving Test. But it was White Van Man who caused me to do a second Emergency Stop.

We've all done it not purposely or even without realising so lets be honest, we've also been in the cam cars situation most days.
The fact is when you turn into a narrow side st if a cars not waiting you turn in with an unwritten rule the car approaching slows from an already slow speed expecting it because a car coming from a main rd is gonna be faster.
Well that's my take driving since 1991, it's been cool so far. 🤷🏻♂️
I've also ridden motorbikes so i also know expect everyone else on the rd to be an idiot but we need to give n take.

People really don't know how to turn. They always taking sharp Left turns and wide right turns (im in a right side driving country)

One of my biggest pet peeves is people cutting corners. Those same people have a go at you when you correctly occupy the road space right up to the corner

have this all the time out of an exit of Aldis car park. the road widens loads to the give way line with path/curbs rounding outwards allowing 2 cars to exit left or right and guaranteed if you’re going right, whoever decides to enter cuts the middle line by loads. I just go right to the give way line either way and they look all mad as if YOU are the one in the wrong. Just drive properly.
