I drank since I was 16 and I finally quit my wife told me he had enough of it and hated it . She told me no more . Iām so grateful she helps me . I feel better than I did when I was 20 . I didnāt drink every day but she never liked it . She really laid down the law about it and Iām so glad I listened to her š

I am 9 years sober but on it over 20 years! But don't take this advise š please if your are getting or maybe living to yourself that you don't drink to much ! Get to a AA meeting don't talk to anyone till you trust them and you can help them just as much as they help you ! šÆ
