I love food! But my mum and father are retired army. We ate good, very good. But, we also got up at 05:00 four mornings a week for a 10 kilometer run. Exercise, fitness, and activities were the priority. But, we also got the lion's share of food compared to any other kids. As long a we stayed fit, the rich food flow continued. Even today, I am far more fit than anybody half my age. But, I still enjoy an amazing bounty of food.

+Katimorton #ActuallyAutistic I'm my own almond mom β I played the fool o' Proverbs 7, for which I still hate myself! How am I supposed to "love your neighbor as yourself" (Leviticus 19.18) when I cannot even love β ME? How is one supposed to treat oneself and/or others?
