I don’t “think I have ADHD”, I was diagnosed at a young age, well before I was ever on social media. But yeah if you can fix it by getting off social media, then definitely do it

Well, I agree that ADHD is over diagnosed these days. One of the two subgroups of ADHD is impulsive. It means that there is a dysregulation of impulse control so if you say that people have a problem with impulse control, you can’t then turn around and say that they don’t have ADHD because that is right in the definition of the diagnostic manual.
