Good evening sir,I was one of your listeners of your video,you help me a lot during my bad days because of my neck pain,I followed all the exercises that I needed before, I gave beeb experienced street and depression,I thank to God that I was cured during that period..Thank you thank you sir I worked in Hongkong before..I tried all my best to follow your video I even went waking at the trail in Hongkong just to do the strengthening.Again sir Kudos.Yes I liked hot food,soup and drink hot water in the morning and till bed.

there is evidence hot food triggers an immune response, maybe you get used to it or you learn how to cool it. also the quantity matters and how you eat. but the body prefers warm/body temperature food. we're originally from the tropics and ate fruit. Yin/Yang most Important. fruit can be good but not when its too cold.

This is true, I like cold drink before I have meniere & insomnia. Now days I drink hot water before go to sleep with pandan leave, ginger & tumeric and it makes my body feeling better and having a good sleep.
