My father n gf of 11 years didn't eat fish but smoked two packs / day. There would be a way around it. Example: Dave's 'Good Seed' bread with 520 mg of Omega 3's.

Doctor Patrick, I would highly appreciate and I would be grateful to you, if you would give us your brief opinion or commentary on the following new publication or study and it’s findings : British Medical Journal (medicine) BMJMED 2024;3 (Regular use of fish oil supplements and course of cardiovascular diseases: prospective cohort study). This study is quite concerning and is causing many people to stop taking their fish oil supplements. Thank you !

It would be good to get some insight on high dose omega-3 and the risk of A-fib? Also, there are studies showing high dose O-3 is anti-catabolic, etc. What would then be the optimal dose to get all the benefits but at the same time reduce the risk of A-fib?

That’s so true it reminds me of that time I wrestled a grizzly bear and after that I seen a rainbow so I shat my pants

Apples to oranges comparison, 2 different modes of action. And making it "sound" like omega 3 nullify damage caused by smoking for those that wish to continue. I know you don't mean it like that but these short clips are silly and take things way out of context. Statements like this are inaccurate and unscientific

The new Miss Universe has dark skin. Most people are ignorant. Indigenous Philippino (as well as indigenous Thai) people still have their African features, and did not evolve light skin. You know very little. 🌺
