I did just a few of your exercises and it made me feel so much better I canāt believe it. It is your easy going, simple methods that got me moving. I have a 30 yr old groin injury and now a knee injury so need to go slow and carefully. Thank you. You will be my mentor. Starting regular practice.

I am getting a lot of benefits from your videos.
If you don't mind, can you make a video about scoliosis.
Because you already made videos about hip rotation, and sometimes hip rotation is only a syndrome for scoliosis.
Let me explain my case.
I diagnosed my case on my own.
I found that :
Longer right arm with shorter right leg with arch right foot.
Outside Angulation for the right knee.
Strong back and abs muscles in the right side, and very weak in the left side.
Internal rotation for the right hip and shoulder (femur and humerus bones).
Weak glute muscle for the right side and strong in the left side.
Better shoulder abduction for the right side and opposite to the left side.
And other syndromes
My idea to resolve this is to strengthen the left side muscles of abs and back and the right side glute, because that will improve my posture as l see. But I am facing difficulties I feel those muscles inactivated!
Please make a video to help me and my same cases.

I am picking the low hanging fruit! I still sometimes feel guilty and think I should do more, but when I do more, I regress. I do see some progress, but itās so slow!
