In the 80's I had beautiful pleated wool pants fully lined. I wish i would have kept many of those things. My sister kept beautiful clothes that went back to rhe 60's. And things that were my Mom's from the 40's and 50's. Clothes used to be so well made. She recognized the quality.

Clothes were made with such attention to detail, of the best quality materials and jackets, trousers, skirts were all lined. We bought the best we could affort, kept them for ever and of course had a capsule wardrobe before the term was invented! Everything was sustainable at the time!
