100% disagree. People HATE the removal of capabilities! In the "past", redesigns were made to make something more capable. But today, the emphasis in on making it simpler. which often means making it less capable. and that is just HORRIBLE!

You don't always have to listen to customer feedback. Sometimes...who am I kidding...a lot of times, they don't even know what's best for them. And they'll adjust eventually. Ignore the whining a lot of the time
