Itβs not a question of pushing it π If Model 3 runs out of range, the low voltage battery is no longer supported β and when low voltage is not supported, the vehicle cannot charge. Therefore, the low voltage battery must be supported by an external power supply to allow you to charge the High Voltage (HV) Battery. Once the vehicle begins charging, the external power supply is no longer required

same thing happens when you are 5 feet from a pump's nozzle reach without a jerry can.... for EV you can get a long enough extension cord and charge using the mobile charger connecting to a regular outlet.
wish Tesla offered V2L to support charging car to car, by then you don't even need to call the auto club..

Tesla tech here keep u a jumper in the trunk pop the hood jump the 12v put it in neutral on the screen n push if itβs dead dead get under the rear disconnect the connectors to the power emergency brakes n use 5v n release parking brake n push problem solved
