You don't need more than 30-40g of Protein per meal anyway and if you already met your total Protein per bodyweight earlier you don't need it in every meal. Protein synthesis per meal has limit.
All the people whining here in the comments don't know that people like Mike Israetel who has PhD in Sport Physiology, and Training and Nutrition expert says the same about having more carbs i.e. 400g per day and mostly time these carbs pre and post workout so if you worked out in the evening after gym you would be advised by him to have some rice, pasta, risotto etc. People acting like that's bad advice lol
