They should do okay, but I would recommend mounting lights on the walls...or offset and angle the above lights to get more light to the lower plants.

I'd put the chives closer to the bottom, things like basil more towards the top. Otherwise it could work! Some herbs might need some support, but a trellis could easily be custom-made for that setup.

I've grown indoors in my greenstalk for a couple years now with a grow light offset above it to provide more light to lower plants but also have it in front of floor to ceiling south facing windows. It does an ok job. I have all my greens and cold hardy herbs in my greenhouse greenstalk though and that one does way better with the sunlight it gets even though our night temps are around 20°F.

I have a Mr Stacky With a 13 gallon recirculating water reservoir there are some lower priced systems I’ve studied with interesting features but yours is the only one with a built in composting feature. It’s the next purchase for container gardening on my list.

I tried to do that last year with mine and the watering was an issue. Got a tray and a pond pump to pump it all back up....but it didn't quite go as planned. Good luck!

They look anemic. Need to adjust lights to hit the sides.

We brought one inside last year over winter and raised up in front of a direct sun window. It did well but it did require moving it frequently and watering for us had to be each individual pockets. Our flooring wouldn't tolerate the extra water that runs out the bottom.

If you elevate the greenstalk and use 3-4 tiers depending on elevation and your height you can put something on the bottom to catch the water if you are worried about your flooring.

What soil do you use? I tried this for the 1st time last spring, 1st time it was too wet then I changed the soil. Added perlite and it turned into cement in Florida

These plants look as sad as some of the ones I wanted to rescue from the nursery today! Are these shorts supposed to be stressful
