The truth is muscles and bones grow at any age... old people can even reverse bone and muscle reduction with resistance training... Unfortunately and a bit pathetically most people are not aware of the very existence of such a powerful tool... Resistance training is like magic ... a miracle... However it's a bit complicated.. not as simple as walking in technical terms... You have to learn it well to benefit most without any risk.... Guys... irrespective of age and gender, start resistance training/ weight lifting /calisthenics today... there is always a level you can start from and progress...

If the medical industry were really interested in preserving health and quality of life, instead of capitalizing on the treatment of illness, they would emphasize strength tests are part of their regular physical examinations. A strength test, assessed relative to ones body mass, should be as indispensable a part of someone's yearly wellness exam as lipid markers, A1C, and other aspects of a blood panel

I’m on TRT and have more muscle than I’ve ever had at 42 years old but the way the testosterone makes me feel made me want to start lifting in the first place a year ago

Totally disagree. Am still building muscles at 71. Been a landscape laborer , lead hand , foreman and eventually own my company . Retired 4 years ago and move to Africa next to the Atlantic Ocean. Walk 7 kilometers 4 times a week and do strength training 3 times a week. Am still building muscles
