Totally disagree. Am still building muscles at 71. Been a landscape laborer , lead hand , foreman and eventually own my company . Retired 4 years ago and move to Africa next to the Atlantic Ocean. Walk 7 kilometers 4 times a week and do strength training 3 times a week. Am still building muscles

The truth is muscles and bones grow at any age... old people can even reverse bone and muscle reduction with resistance training... Unfortunately and a bit pathetically most people are not aware of the very existence of such a powerful tool... Resistance training is like magic ... a miracle... However it's a bit complicated.. not as simple as walking in technical terms... You have to learn it well to benefit most without any risk.... Guys... irrespective of age and gender, start resistance training/ weight lifting /calisthenics today... there is always a level you can start from and progress...
