I like the fact that the short film does not show emotional or bizarre scenes, but there is an underlying meaning that makes this simple but unique character, who only stays out to keep his corn dog sales going, even if he is indirectly involved in that chaotic action scene, it actually benefits from here (which makes this plot simple, effective, and self-contained).
And for the reasons already mentioned I believe the Corn Dog Guy will not be returning.
