I never knew people envied straight hair so much. Mine has always been pin straight, my hair routine is wash comb and air dry. But I was always jealous of people with curly/coily hair because it had so much volume. Grass is always greener I suppose… although I will say my hair is very low/no maintenance.

I had straight hair my whole life. Except for the times I went to salons for perms. 4 times because the left side wouldn't "take." 2 months after my 65th birthday I decided to towel dry, then air dry my hair. CURLS!! My head is covered in curly hair!!! I just add extra hold mousse and let it dry. It does go straight after a couple of days, but I have curly hair. I'm almost 68, my hair is long and red. And curly!!
