Is there a test to find out how healthy your gut is? I eat very healthy and a lot of fermented foods, but Iāve also had a lot of surgeries in the last couple years using tons of antibiotics.

Personally I feel much better taking most of the fibre right out of my diet. 40 years of that crap was just messing up my digestion all along
