Or eat bananas, like I do; 20 mics of both lutein and zeaxanthin in just 100 g of banana. I eat at least a kilogram of banana each day.

Greens contain oxalates though which prevent the body from absorbing the nutrients at all….so either freeze the greens then boil them to get oxalates out or supplement…the old timers knew this stuff and this is why they prepared food or stored food in certain ways …or u can add dairy to them which helps neutralize some of the oxalates
